New Writers of the Future Workshop—Open to the Public
For over 30 years, the Writers of the Future Contest has been one of the premier writing contests in the science fiction and fantasy field, known not just for the awards ceremony and the prize money, but especially for the intensive week-long writing workshop taught by some of the biggest names in the field. This workshop is available only to the winners.
Until now.
Next weekend, a condensed version of the Writers of the Future workshop will be made available to the public. Held in Hollywood at Author Services Inc., August 29-30, this workshop is led by New York Times bestselling author David Farland (The Runelords), and with a special session by Orson Scott Card (Ender’s Game), and special guest instructors, successful indie authors the Winner Twins, as well as Rebecca Moesta and me.
It’s a great opportunity if any of you can get to Hollywood next weekend. Attendance is limited to 100.
